Alain Ménard, M.B.A.
Alain Ménard a partner with the firm, worked for a number of years in tax litigation with the federal Department of Justice, and went on to practice in taxation in the private sector. He is experienced in all aspects of taxation, including litigation, in which he has acquired considerable expertise. He also has experience in a management capacity as vice chair of Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail and as president of Recyc-Québec.
A respected speaker on taxation issues, Mr. Ménard has chaired the Association de planification fiscale et financière (fiscal and financial association) seminar committee in the past and currently serves on its board of directors. He also sits on a number of Revenu Québec and Canada Revenue Agency advisory committees.
